0.5 oz Orange liqueur
2 oz Prosecco
2 oz Soda
Glass: Wine
Garnish: Orange slice and olives
1. Add all ingredients to large wine glass
2. Top with ice

2 oz Revivalist Garden Gin
1 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup
2.0 oz Soda
Glass: Tall
Garnish: Mint leaves and five small pieces of lemongrass stalks
1. Add all ingredients to shaker
2. Shake hard for 5-8 seconds
3. Double strain into tall glass
4. Add soda5. Top with ice

0.75 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Grapefruit twist
1. Add all ingredients to mixing glass
2. Stir until mixed
3. Strain into rocks glass
4. Top with ice

0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Orange blossom mist and/or orange peel
1. Add ingredients to mixing glass
2. Stir well until diluted
3. Strain into chilled Martini glass

0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
0.25 oz Barenjager Honey Liqueur
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Grapefruit twist and sprig of lavender
1. Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice
2. Stir for 10-20 seconds
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass

0.75 oz Elderflower syrup
Pinch of celery salt
Glass: Rocks or Coupe
Garnish: Ornamental flower
1. Add all ingredients to shaker
2. Shake without ice
3. Add ice to shaker
4. Hard shake with ice

0.75 oz Lemon
0.75 oz Simple syrup
1–2 oz Chamomile tea
Glass: Large rocks glass
Garnish: Lemon wheel & mint or lavender sprig
1. Pour all ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice
2. Shake for 3-5 seconds
3. Strain into large rocks glass over one large ice cube

2 Small sprigs of rosemary
GLASS: Coupe glass
GARNISH: Lemon twist
1. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
2. Shake hard for 8-10 seconds
3. Double strain into glass

0.5 oz Grand Marnier
0.75 oz Lemon juice
1 bar spoon Strawberry jam
1 bar spoon Simple syrup
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Strawberry slice or raspberry
1. Add all ingredients to shaker
2. Give a quick stir with a spoon to break up jam
3. Top off shaker with ice
4. Shake hard for 8-10 seconds
5. Double strain into coupe glass

1 tsp (5g) Strawberry jam
GLASS: Coupe/stemmed glass
GARNISH: Fresh strawberry slice
1. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice to the top
2. Shake hard for 10 seconds
3. Double strain into chilled coupe glass

0.5 oz Elderflower syrup
4 oz Chilled champagne
GLASS: Champagne flute/Champagne saucer
GARNISH: Lemon twist
1. Add gin, lemon juice, and syrup to shaker with ice
2. Shake hard for 10 seconds
3. Double strain into chilled champagne flute
4. Top with champagne

0.75 oz Triple sec
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz Dry vermouth
GLASS: Nick & Nora
GARNISH: Expressed orange peels neatly placed in glass
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass 3/4 filled with ice
2. Stir for 1 minute
3. Double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass

3 drops Grapefruit bitters
GLASS: Coupe/Stemmed glass
GARNISH: Grapefruit zest
1. Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice
2. Stir for 20 seconds
3. Strain into chilled coupe glass
